The Quotes page allows you to easily track the proposals we have presented to you. When you click on the quote number, you can examine the proposal in more detail. Additionally, by clicking the “Discuss” button, you can share your thoughts about the proposal and add your requests.

Access Quote Details

When you click on each quote number, a panel opens up where you can access detailed information related to that quote. From this panel, you can see the content, pricing, and validity period of the quote. This way, you can have a complete understanding of the contents of your quotes and streamline your decision-making process.

The Support page provides you with a summary table of the support requests we have prepared for you. Here, you can see your open, ongoing, answered, pending, and closed support requests.

Creating a New Support Request

By clicking the “Open Request” button, you can create a new support request. This way, you can quickly and easily convey your needs and issues to us. Our customer representatives will contact you as soon as possible and take action to provide solutions to your problems.

The Profile page opens when you click on the area with your picture in the main menu. On this page, you can update your personal information, change your profile picture, and reset your password. By keeping your personal information accurate and up-to-date, you can assist us in providing personalized services. You can change your profile picture at any time to personalize your account. Additionally, regularly changing your password can enhance the security of your account.

COMPANY INFORMATION

The Company Information page opens when you click on your picture in the main menu, and it allows you to update your company’s information. You can easily edit important details such as your name, address, contact information, and website.

Important Note: To have your employees granted access to the CRM system, you should raise a request with us. If an employee who has access to the CRM system leaves the company or their permissions need to be revoked, you should also submit a request to have their access removed from the system.
